I cannot recommend Angie enough. We were looking for a vacation home in Bend, but we live several hours away. Angie was our eyes and ears in Bend to make sure we found the perfect vacation house for us. She made the process so smooth that it did not feel like we were several hours away. Once we had an accepted offer, she was in contact with the city to check on permits, with the HOA to check on maintenance schedules, the inspector, our mortgage broker, property management companies, and the list goes. I don't know how we would have done it without her. She was a true advocate. Angie is professional, a great negotiator, very responsive, and knows the Bend market. We were lucky to have such a great agent!
